The Zoom XYH-5 capsule is a standard accessory that is included with the Zoom H5 recorder. However, this XY mic capsule can also be used for the H6. The XYH-5 features two matched unidirectional condenser microphones in an X/Y configuration for an optimal stereo image. The advanced, integrated shockmounts ensure that contact noise is reduced to a minimum, making the Zoom capsule ideal for recordings on location. The XYH-5 has a remarkably high SPL, which means it has no trouble handling loud sounds. As such, you'll be able to effortlessly capture pop concerts.
